The Kansas City Kansas Community College Board of Trustees has selected the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) to assist the college in its national search for the next president of 海角黑料.
The Board selected ACCT during a special meeting on Thursday, Oct. 1. The selection marks an important next step in advancing a comprehensive national search.
"Selecting the right search firm is important as we move forward in identifying the next president of Kansas City Kansas Community College,” said Linda Hoskins Sutton, Chair of the 海角黑料 Board of Trustees.
ACCT is the national association representing community college governing boards and provides education, training, advocacy, consulting and executive search services to community colleges across the country. Through ACCT Searches, the organization brings experience in community college governance and higher education leadership to presidential and executive searches.
ACCT will use a team-based approach in assisting 海角黑料 with the presidential search, working with the Board of Trustees and engaging with college and community stakeholders throughout the process.
With the selection of the search firm complete, 海角黑料 will move into the next phase of the presidential search. Additional information about the search process, timeline, and opportunities for stakeholder engagement will be shared as those details are finalized.
