Relax and resetThe Zen Room helps students practice calming their bodies and minds. Students can choose their ambiance, sound and meditation type, then stay as long as they want. The Zen Room may include:

Track good momentsThis space helps students remember things they are proud of and things they are grateful for. It supports resilience, and it is designed to be short and doable — especially on tough days.

Plan healthy activitiesStudents can schedule positive activities on a calendar, including:
